1. Where is KitchenEssentials.ca located, and in which currency are your prices?

We are located in Concord, Ontario, Canada. All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

2. How long does it take to process and ship my order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Delivery typically occurs between 1 to 5 business days after shipping. If there are any delays beyond 2 business days, we will notify you via email with an updated shipping date.

3. What does the order status "Awaiting Fulfillment" mean?

"Awaiting Fulfillment" indicates that your order is being processed. Once it moves to the shipping department, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information, and the status will update to "Shipped."

4. When will my payment be processed?

Payments are processed immediately upon placing an order online. If you prefer to be charged upon shipment, please place your order over the phone and inform the operator of your preference.

6. What is your shipping policy?

We offer free shipping on orders over $99 (before taxes) within Canada. For orders under $99, a flat rate shipping fee of $10 applies. Please note that free shipping may not apply to certain remote locations and is subject to change.

7. What is your return policy?

You may return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment; however, shipping fees are non-refundable.

8. How should I care for my stainless steel cookware?

Allow cookware to cool before cleaning. Rinse and wash with soapy water to remove stains or food residue. For stubborn stains or discoloration, gently rub with a paste of water and a non-abrasive, non-chlorine stainless steel cleanser. Our stainless steel cookware is also dishwasher safe.

9. Are your nonstick pans oven-safe?

Yes, our nonstick pans are oven safe up to 500°F. However, it's best to use silicone, wood, or plastic utensils to preserve the nonstick surface.

10. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

11. Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we ship to addresses within Canada and the USA. For inquiries about international shipping, please contact us directly.

12. How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package's delivery status.

13. Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we strive to accommodate changes, once an order has been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make adjustments.

14. Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we offer gift certificates that can be purchased through our website.
